Roberto was a HUGE part of making my family vacation to Gaeta, Italy a success. I was able to reserve airport transfers to/from Gaeta from both Rome and Naples through email from the US before we left. He was quick to respond and speaks English. He accepted deposits and reservations through Paypal which was easier for me and gave me piece of mind. The driver met us at baggage claim with a sign so we were quickly out of the airport and on our way. He has a variety of car sizes that accommodated all of us and our luggage. During our 3 weeks stay we decided not to rent a car and instead called or texted Roberto for day trips and even sent our teenagers off on their own to explore nightlife! It is best to book in advance, but even with last minute requests he was able to help us find rides through his network of cars and drivers. (** you may read online that Italy has rideshare Apps: maybe some places, but NOT in Gaeta! Roberto WAS our Uber**) As the owner/operator of a transportation company in Washington DC, I found the service and professionalism I received from Gaeta Taxi service to be exceptional.

Highly recommended Roberto for car services! All of transfers for two weeks were handled by him personally and everything was perfect! Fees were reasonable and his English was very good. The communication was excellent and he was always prompt. We went between many towns from rome to amalfi. He is professional and offered many great local suggestions while we were traveling. He made things easy which allowed us to enjoy our trip even more. I plan on using his company next time that I am in Italy and will refer my friends! Thank you Roberto!

We use Gaeta Taxi Service Di Roberto Villani several time during our stay in Gaeta. They picked us in Rome for service to Gaeta. They were there when we arrived from baggage pickup. The communication was excellent and prompt. The ride was comfortable and efficient. We needed a ride to Formica and they were very accommodating. Then we also used them for our trip back to Rome. Once again, this year, my wife, and I hired Roberto to pick us up at the Rome airport and bring us to where we were staying in Gaeta, and likewise, the return trip. We have been using Roberto‘s service for many years and have full confidence in his professionalism, promptness, friendliness and clear communication in both English, and, of course Italian. During this past month we recommended that three of our friends also use Roberto for the airport pick up and transfer to Gaeta. My friends also arranged with Roberto to bring them to the Amalfi Coast where they stayed for a few days, and then he returned to pick them up.I can’t imagine not having Roberto for all of my transportation needs between Rome and the Amalfi Coast.

Without any doubt I can only highly recommend his services.His availability for any kind of question and support is really extraordinary. Especially since I am unfortunately not able to speak Italian he has helped me more than once with his advice and his local knowledge in English language.Apart from that his car is impeccably clean and he always comes on time, which my German guests appreciate a lot.His driving is calm, steady and very comfortable. Mr. Villani always gave me the best experience when I took a taxi with him. I will only use this taxi service for my time in Gaeta.Quick pickup times, super friendly and personable! Speaks great English. Really clean vehicles. Always goes the extra mile with his work. I would call for a taxi and he remembers my most common routes without me telling him. I live all the way at the end of a parking lot next to my house and instead of dropping me off at the curb, he always drives me to the very end so I don’t have to walk.Don’t look for any other taxi service, this the best right here!
