I am regularly travelling through Lazio with small groups of 6-8 people and have been using Roberto Villani's taxi service multiple times in the last couple years. Without any doubt I can only highly recommend his services.His availability for any kind of question and support is really extraordinary. Especially since I am unfortunately not able to speak Italian he has helped me more than once with his advice and his local knowledge in English language.Apart from that his car is impeccably clean and he always comes on time, which my German guests appreciate a lot.His driving is calm, steady and very comfortable. There is never any kind of rush.All my groups have enjoyed the 2-3 hour trips with Gaeta Taxi Service. We will call again for sure!

Roberto è stato molto sollecito nel rispondermi e nell’inviare il preventivo dandomi consigli preziosi sull’itinerario e le visite da fare. Un ringraziamento poi anche all’autista sig. Otello che è stato con noi per tutti e tre i giorni .molto disponibile e di grande simpatia, ci ha fornito tante curiosità sulla zona. Ha reso veramente piacevole il nostro viaggio, distinguendosi per discrezione e professionalità. Avevamo una Mercedes fantastica pulitissima molto comoda con schermo anti COVID tra passeggeri e autistaLo consiglio vivamente - senza alcuna riserva - per serietà puntualità professionalità e disponibilità. My wife and I plus a friend used Roberto for transport to and from Rome airport to Gaeta several times during the past few years before COVD. Ive travelled all around the world and I can honestly say that Roberto is the most efficient, polite, professional taxi service Ive used. Reliability is most important to us and Roberto is the best. We will use his service again, hopefully soon, to return to Gaeta.

Mr. Villani always gave me the best experience when I took a taxi with him. I will only use this taxi service for my time in Gaeta.Quick pickup times, super friendly and personable! Speaks great English. Really clean vehicles. Always goes the extra mile with his work. I would call for a taxi and he remembers my most common routes without me telling him. I live all the way at the end of a parking lot next to my house and instead of dropping me off at the curb, he always drives me to the very end so I don’t have to walk.Don’t look for any other taxi service, this the best right here!

Roberto was so nice and extremely helpful. He took us on all our road trips starting from the airport. Prices were very good and the car was new and very clean. He was always punctual and always greeted us with a smile and helped us with our luggage. Roberto was very knowledgeable and pointed out touristic sites on the way. From now on, whenever we visit Italy, Roberto will always be the first person we call for our transportation needs. He started off as our driver and became a dear friend. I highly recommend him to everyone. He is the sweetest!! My 3 year old daughter loves him 😊
