Roberto was the most reliable, high standard taxi I’ve experienced in Italy. A great man with a wonderful, clean car. He responds to messages and calls so fast and drives very well. Roberto was fabulous! He toured us all around Gaeta and for 4 days he took us on tours. He drove us all around the Amafi coast, then he took us to a vineyard and cheese factory and then took us to Pompei. He would drop us off at some of these places then come back and pick us up. He was the perfect host. My wife had a hard time walking and climbing in and out of the van because of her disability but he was always there to help her out. He kept our suitcases in the car when we came and loaded them and unloaded them on our first and last day. If we ever get back to Italy we will be sure to contact him. Thanks Roberto for making our trip to Italy so special and less stressful!!!

Arrivare in stazione dopo una faticosa giornata e trovare Gaeta Taxi Service Di Roberto Villani ad accogliermi la professionalità e la gentilezza che lo contraddistingue, in una vettura confortevole già condizionata per la giusta temperatura, e’ impagabile! Ho avuto modo di utilizzare il servizio in più occasioni, anche last minute oppure alle 5 del mattino. Puntuale, attento alle esigenze del cliente.. 5 stelle non bastano, ce ne vorrebbero molte di più!

Roberto is amazing! He brought us to and from our apartment, Blue Eyes Incantesimo Sul Mare, during our stay in Gaeta. Roberto was so kind and thoughtful, making sure we felt welcome and learned about the beautiful city. He even helped arrange transport via a colleague when he was unavailable. Roberto was so kind. Picked us up from the train station and took us into Gaeta telling us information and places to go per our request. Picked us up at a specific time three days later, drove us to split mountain and came back for us when we were ready. He handled our luggage in and out of the van. The van itself was immaculate. He was a gem to have available on such a special trip. When we come back we hope to have him again.

We had a wonderful experience with Gaeta Taxi Service di Roberto Villani during our recent trip to Italy. Communication was excellent from the start, and every pickup was right on time, making travel stress-free for our family of five. We arranged transport from Rome to Gaeta, Gaeta to Pompeii, local rides to the beach, and finally from Gaeta to the Rome airport—and each journey was smooth and comfortable, with plenty of space for all of us and our luggage. Roberto’s service made getting around so easy and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend Gaeta Taxi Service to anyone visiting the area and would happily book again if we return to Gaeta!

Gaeta Taxi Service Di Roberto Villani is a wonderful taxi service. They communicate details of pick up and arrival clearly, quote a fair price and are very reliable.The taxi's are clean and comfortable, airconditioned and they are good drivers. They provided me safe and comfortable services from FCO to Gaeta and made sure that they considered road conditions to ensure my prompt arrival. My car and driver was there with a sign outside baggage claim exit when I arrived to Rome and helped me to the car. Upon my departure they arrived promptly at 5am and made sure I arrived to the airport on time. I highly recommend this service.

I just spent 10 days in Gaeta with a big group of travelers. I used the Gaeta Taxi Service every day to go everywhere around this beautiful area of Southern Lazio. This taxi company is a gem, Roberto provides a very professional service, he and his team are not only kind and friendly but also always on time and super reliable. On top of that, unlike other car services in town, they are prompt with receipts and have no problem to accept any credit card. I highly recommend this company, I travel often in Italy and they are the BEST I ever worked with. Thank you Roberto for all making my job. So much easier!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I utilized their service for pick up and return trip from Leonardo da Vinci Rome Fiumicino Airport to our contracted hotel in Gaeta. The trip was arranged via email at an affordable cost and they confirmed they can accomodate credit card payment with a receipt. The driver was punctual and front and center in the arrivals area outside of baggage claim with a clear sign containing my name. They were able to accomodate adjusting my departure time to coincide with hotel checkout. Mr. Villani personally came to pick me up exactly at that time and was helpful in assisting me with my luggage. I would most definitely use their services again.

I can't recommend Roberto highly enough. He is always on time, courteous, friendly and helpful. The car in which we travelled several times was stylish and impeccably clean and comfortable. His prices are reasonable and as we are elderly a very worthwhile alternative to multiple changes on public transport when he took us from Gaeta to Pompeii. Don't hesitate: call Roberto!

Had the great pleasure of meeting Roberto and another of his drivers. On time, great communication, and very nice people! It can be nerve wracking traveling to another country alone but Roberto’s communication made it easy to find my driver in a busy crowded area! Definitely recommend him, his company, and his drivers!
